Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and (with your consent) help us understand how the site is used.
2. Your choice
When you first visit, we show a cookie banner. Non-essential cookies are not set unless you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
3. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies (always on) — these make the website and booking function work and cannot be switched off. This includes cookies set by our booking widget (SimplyBook.me) when you make a booking.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent) — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These cookies (for example _ga) collect information in an aggregated way. If you do not consent, these are not set and Google Analytics does not run.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by the third parties we use — Google Analytics (analytics) and SimplyBook.me (booking). We do not control these directly; please see their own policies for detail.
5. Managing cookies
You can manage your consent through our link, and you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site (such as booking) from working.
