About us

The feeling of a warm front room, never a clinic

Time to Talk Hub exists for one simple reason: everyone deserves to feel properly heard. We're a listening service built on confidentiality, non-judgement and genuine human warmth.

Our founder's story

Why I started Time to Talk Hub

"I have a degree in Psychology and three decades of lived life experience. But I don't just listen from a place of psychological theory — I listen from a place of shared experience.

I'm a wife, a working mum, a student, a sister, a daughter, and a carer for elderly parents. I know loneliness. I know loss. I know burnout, and the mental load of holding a family together when there's no one holding you.

I created Time to Talk Hub because I believe being truly heard can change how a day, a decision — sometimes a whole season of life — feels. No thought is too small to bring here."

What we stand for

Three things we never compromise on

Confidentiality

What's said stays between us. That certainty is what makes it possible to talk freely.

Non-judgement

No opinions, no advice unless you ask for it. Just acceptance, exactly as you are.

Warmth

A human, unhurried welcome. The feeling of a front room, never a clinic.
