Time to Talk Hub

I’m Sarah-Jayne...

As a Psychology graduate, I understand the theories of the human mind; but as a woman who has navigated over three decades of life’s complexities, I also understand the heart.

Therefore, I approach our talks with a unique blend of academic insight and deep, first hand life experience.

My perspective has been shaped by the many roles I carry: I am a wife, a mother, a sister, and a daughter; and like many in the "sandwich generation," I find myself in the delicate balancing act of nurturing the generation coming up, while providing care and dignity to my elderly parents.

I don't just listen from a place of theory; I listen from a place of shared experience. I know the quiet weight of loneliness, the sharp edges of loss, and the mental load that comes with being the "glue" that holds a family together.

Why I offer this service...

I created Time to Talk Hub, because I know that sometimes, the most helpful thing you can have, is a conversation with someone who truly understands the pressure of life. Whether you are navigating a major transition, feeling the isolation of a care-giving role, or simply need a safe place to process your thoughts, I am here to offer a professional ear and a compassionate heart.
