Our one-to-one listening service

Time to Talk Hub is a confidential, non-judgemental listening service, based in Barnstaple and supporting people by phone nationally and in person locally. It's a calm space to talk things through and feel properly heard. No thought is too small.

People come to us for all sorts of moments: quietly burning out, feeling alone, facing a big decision, processing hard news, carrying the mental load, or just having a heavier day than usual. You don't need a reason that sounds big enough.

  • By phone, wherever you are in the UK.

  • In person

at Barnstaple Chiropractic & Complementary Health Centre, Bickington Road, Sticklepath, Barnstaple EX31 2DB, with free parking.

  • For organisations:

confidential listening sessions and a regular supportive presence for your team.

Every conversation follows the same gentle shape: talk, be heard, move forward. It can all start with a free 15-minute call, with no commitment and no pressure.

We're a listening and supportive-conversation service. We're here to listen, not to diagnose, treat or give clinical advice.

Time to Talk Thursdays at Barnstaple Pannier Market

Every Thursday, you'll find us at Barnstaple Pannier Market with a dedicated time set aside just to talk. If you're in town, browsing the stalls or simply passing by, come and say hello.

This isn't a private or confidential space. It's a busy, friendly market, so others may be nearby and able to hear. Think of it as an open invitation to stop for a chat: a chance to share what's on your mind, ask about what we do, or just enjoy a few unhurried minutes of conversation.

  • When:

    every Thursday, 9am - 4pm

  • Where:

    Barnstaple Pannier Market

  • Booking:

    none needed, just drop by

If you'd like to talk about something more personal, we can help you arrange a confidential one-to-one conversation by phone or in person.
